I would like to remind you that spamming the forums is against the Xbox Forum Guidelines and repeated violations of the guidelines will result in your posts being deleted and depending on the severity, action can be taken on your account. I would advise
you not keep posting about this same issue or bumping other threads as that is also viewed as spam and action will be taken if seen. This goes for anyone experiencing this issue.

The issue has been acknowledged and is currently being investigated. Threads on this specific issue have been locked because as stated by mods, there is no solution that can be suggested on the forums and only Xbox developers can resolve the issue
on the backend. This leads to repetitive answers that will not help with this situation, causing spam on the forums and negative responses. Besides that, most of the responses on the locked thread and this thread violate the
Xbox Forum Guidelines, specifically about the manner in which the responses are directed towards others trying to help or
Microsoft. Thread responses should always be respectful, tactful, and civil. Therefore this thread will be locked as well. There is no point in bumping threads when the issue has already been acknowledged and is being investigated as we speak. In the meantime
please be patient while the proper teams find the causes and push out a solution in an update or patch. There is nothing else to do but to wait and be patient. Apologies for the inconveniences, but we assure you the right teams will find a fix very soon. Thank

So, what Microsoft want to make for us?

The other discussion is now blocking (what a solution!).

But the problem is always the same.

To this, i must add that i can't play with my xbox 360 games:impossible to connect my profil with those game.

So, i can't play games that i've payed!!!

Do microsoft must do something, it's become really really problematic!
