    Gamerscore back to 0


    hi,

    have had Xbox 360 for years using my gamer tag, just upgraded to Xbox one, now my gamer tag having issues, my gamer score is back to 0, my avatar pic isn't loading, i can't view any online content or even get Xbox gold, yes I am connected to the internet
    lol, when I look at my achievements in my account on the xbox one, it has them alol in there...no idea what to do, any help?

    Gamerscore was reset back on 0

    It's possible the gamerscore was reset for cheating.Is the gamertag your posting with now the one your talking about?

    Need Help on this. I have a xbox 360 the first release. Unfortunately it died on me 1 or 2 years ago. So I was planning of getting a new unit the slim one, and i have read that i can transfer my old gamer tag to the new xbox just by downloading it. When
    I tried signing in online via computer(web browser) to check if my account is still active. It is active but my gamerscore is gone. one of my main reason of getting a new unit cause i've worked hard for my gamerscore already i just want to continue using my
    old account instead buying a different console. My account is one of the oldest account in live. so i want my gamerscore back and start playing xbox 360 again. I don't care if i dont have my save files. i just need my account with my gamerscore.

    Where are you having this issue? On the forums you are showing as having 6,400+ Gamerscore.

    However, looking at your public profile all I see is two achievements for Forza Motorsport 6 worth 15G. I would suspect that your Gamerscore has been reset by the Enforcement Team, which is typically due to illegitimately obtaining achievements, which you

    Hi there,

    The gamertag is the same as the one you use to have?

    If so, a gamerscore reset is the result of cheating, and is always investigated and only executed when there is proof.

    Achievements are back but having new problem.

    I'm having the same problem, had problems with my GS yesterday, followed MS advice, sign out and in (once all my game history had been restored) and then popped an achiement to get my gamerscore back to normal.

    Today i've just been looking at my achiements under the "social tab" and flicked to the next page where it states Gamerscore 0/0 and achievements 0/0
