Gamerscore at 0?

    Gamerscore at 0?


    Sorry if this is posted in the wrong subforum, just seemed to make the most sense to me.

    It appears my total gamerscore is at 0, and it's kind of scaring me, I'm not sure if it's a glitch of some sorts or not. I've achieved a growth of over 2kGS since the start of June and would hate to see that go to waste. When I check the achievements section
    of my account, all games show up as 0, however when I check a specific games achievements, the ones that I remember unlocking are all displayed as such.

    Yes, my Xbox One is connected to the Internet and to Xbox Live. Although, I have just run out of Gold today, it seems. Not sure if that has anything to do with anything.

    Please help, Xbox wizards.

    Modded Gamerscore

    It shows your accurate gamerscore to me.

    Gamerscore at 0?

    Just looks like a bug.

    Leave it 72 hours & see if it corrects itself.

    Try unlocking another achievement if you can.

    Gamerscore is 0

    Looking at a couple of your games i'd say you have had a Gamerscore reset for modded achievements.

    When you receive a Gamerscore reset you cannot unlock any reset achievements again on that account.

    You would need to start a new profile if you want to earn those achievements again.
