Gamerscore Assistance

Hello everyone, i am posting today about a gamerscore issue with my account, this happened a while back and after consulting microsoft support, they have advised me to create a post here about it.

Basically what happened was i would sign in to my account like i normally do, and i get a notice saying my account was last signed in on another device, upon checking my account, my gamerscore increased suddenly, basically someone trying to mod my gamerscore
with games i have never played before, making me believe that whoever this person was did not like me at all or they were just messing with a whole bunch of players in particular in an attempt to get them banned. After making this discovery i immediately contacted
microsoft to re-secure my account which was successful. Since then i have not had any further trouble which i'm glad about. the only thing that is bothering me is i still have this unwanted gamerscore on my account which i want to be gone, i have contacted
microsoft many times about it, each time things have gone differently, first time i was e-mailing a support agent back and forth, then that alias expired, second time i was told the enforcement team would contact me via message but they never did, and now
they advised me to create this post to explain this situation i'm in. I'm hoping someone out there can read this and assist me with my issue, and if anyone has had a similar issue, i would appreciate it if you could share what you went through and if your
issue was solved, i would like to hear how it was.

for the rep problem, i have something like 95% avoided and i still have 5 stars so i'm not sure how it works

Well if you look under you achievements and if your games are saying 0, 0, all the way down then you can push the Y button and you can get the games removed off the list and then you have to play the game you took off and get the achievements back that
you lost by play the game hope is helped

 

There is no way have just that gamerscore removed. The enforcement team does issue gamerscore resets if you have been found to have modded/cheated to earn them and that is the only way. To have the enforcement team investigate, someone would have to file
a complaint on you via the console. They do not send you a message. If you are given a gamerscore reset, they will remove all of the achievements on your account (including the ones you earned) and you would no longer be able to re-earn any of those acheivements.

 

Just to add,they will remove all the xbox 360 achievements,not any xbox one achievements as they can't be modded.
