Gamerscore and Achievments

my gamerscore has reduce from what it used to be and i have ran through step in the live chat but nothing has changed, it does state that the achievements have been unlocked and the score is there but it doesnt show up on my gamerscore

Gamerscore and achievments

Hi folks.

Whats the deal with this achievment problem?

All of my Mass effect 3 achievments have vanished from my profile on my xbox but they appear here on xbox.com. Have tried the sugested solution of signing in and out of my profile. Also tried the solution of playing mass effect 3 again. Have started a NG+
and once I hit the markers for achievments such as the achievment early on 'Bringer of war' it turns up but I already completed the game so should have it already. Also to note that when I first visited the hospital on the Citadel (during NG+) and went into
the shop terminal it registed the fact that in my first play through I bought noncustomizable armour and I also got the shopoholic achievment again!

Just to note all other game achievments are ok-just got a problem with Mass Effect 3 achievments.

Hey Orbital, sorry to hear about those missing achievements! If you're seeing those achievements on Xbox.com but not the console, can you please try re-downloading your profile from the sign-in menu? Let us know how that goes!

Hi

As long as the loss of Gamerscore was not as the result of an
enforcement action then this will normally correct itself after a few days.

If the gamescore does not correct itself after a few days please follow
this guide for further assistance.

I've done this yet still nothing helps

its not that. it that they have removed the gamerscore from the games that have the achievements already. the achievements are still there but nor counted for gamerscore

Gamerscore is basically achievement points that you get by playing your games. You can sign up for Gold and go online with no Gamerscore. Gamerscore is a measure of your "achievements" through both offline and online play.

Couple days ago I did my first 1000 gamerscore achievement with Batman Telltale Series and now I be doing Batman The Enemy Within that be my second 1000 gamerscore achievement.

What a start of 2020 and for me.

Hopefully more 100% gamerscore achievement in the coming months.
