Gamerscore and Achievements have gone.

I've had my XBL account/Gamertag for about a decade now and all has been well and never had any suspensions or bans to my knowledge. I'm a forty year old father of four - not a teenage hacker (or whatever the correct term is nowadays) who pops into Asda
and gets a game on the way home from work. I've spent 1000s of pounds and 1000s of hours getting a GS of close to 300 000. I had an XB1 up to about Xmas last year, I sold it and cancelled my XBL gold. This week (about nine months later) I got another XB1 but
when I signed in all my gs and achievements have gone from over 300 games over the last decade.

After a bit of a Google it seems this is generally saved for cheaters/hackers/modders...I'm none of those so I'm trying to find out how I've ended up on the naughty list and how I can get my gs and 'cheevos back.

ALL MY GAMERSCORE HAS BEEN RESET

That's weird. I got some achievements today, and still have my 19k Gamerscore. Hope your gamerscores get fixed, must be horrible to find out all your achievements are gone!

 

All my achievements are gone! Help!

It says i have all my achievements, but it says i only have 10 gamerscore.. and all my mass effect 3 achievements are gone

 

Hello! You will need to call in to have this issue fixed.

 

No I won't. I spent two hours on 'live chat' via support and was told by two separate advisers that I should post here as the forums are (supposedly) monitored by the enforcement team and within 24 hours I should get a reply.
