    This is NOT a thread for moderators or the support team to post their mediocre "back-pocket" answers in. Only to observe...

    Also as stated in the post title this thread is meant for gamers with a large collection of owned digital games.

    I am not looking for answers, only feedback...

    I would like to know if anyone else with a large collection of games has noticed the microsoft store asking for payment to download games they have previously purchased NOT INCLUDING GAMEPASS OR TEMPORARILY PLAYABLE GAMES AVAILABLE DURING FREE PLAY DAYS

    Recently the number of my games across installed and ready to install had dwindled from in the 190s to the 140s. I was able to find a way to reset the ready to install list to show all games including the ones that where previously hidden and the number
    is now in the 160s.

    Later when i was clearing out my hard drive by uninstalling games one didnt move to the ready to install list. I had assumed since the game is currently available through gamepass it was temporarily moved to that list. I looked at the game in the store (not
    gamepass) and was met with the message "you can play this game with gamepass, or buy it to own" and the title was not listed as owned in the store, Showing that my history of paying for the game was removed somehow.

    I have talked to a support operator and a specialist who where both unable to resolve the problem since and was directed to submit the issue to corporate offices.

    I believe the recent server update has accidentally caused a lot of cached information about user accounts to be deleted and that is the reason it does not say i ever paid for the game.

    This issue applies to everyone but mostly players like myself with a large library of games.

    If you would like to test this bug yourself, simply uninstall any game (the one i seem to be missing is Fable Anniversary so if you have it, try with that game) then look for it in the ready to install section. If it doesnt appear, while the cursor is over
    the number that designates only ready to install games, click and hold the left stick and press the X button while holding to reset it and show games previously hidden from the list (be it by you or automation).

    If the game still does not appear you have likely lost the certificate (or whatever they called it) linking your account to ownership of the game just as i have of mine.

    This is a serious issue that must be adressed promptly!!

    I have lost the ability to play around 30 of my games or prove that i owned them, but its less than 15% so its not a big deal...HOWEVER - to gamers with smaller libraries a number that high could be devastating!

    As stated at the beginning, i dont want answers, especially not the pitifully generic answers pulled directly from the help pages as support moderators so love to use. I am only seeking feedback so as to have more that one mans word to go on before i contact

    Mods that dont deserve respect will not recieve any from me...as for the ones that have posted on this thread so far THEY are the ones i prefer...the ones that dont just skim over a post and suggest an answer the OP has already tried...if there where fewer
    mods that didnt just TLDR posts and post without research, this problem wouldnt exist

    I have about 200+ games in my library and none of them have ever done this, ive also uninstalled and reinstalled a lot of theses games

    I have a "ton"of digital games and yes I also found that recently I am now missing 4(at last count). I already have a case in with Support. I too thought it had something to do with data corruption. Will update this discussion if I get it resolved.

    I have over 400 games and I haven't encountered this problem yet. At most I'm told to redownload a game, mostly 360 that I'm missing and then it just takes me to the download page. I'll be on the lookout a bit more then usual, because there have been a
    ton of delisting lately, so I'm wondering if I still have access to those games.

    Never had any problems like this only lost games that i removed fully but never like what you have described
