    Gamerpoints reset to zero.


    I bought an Xbox One at launch and for silly reason I had an issue with my EA account not letting me online to play BF4, so I had to make a new Xbox profile and start afresh.

    Now that backwards compatibility is almost upon us I thought I would download my old profile and then I could play some of the games I bought in my 360 days.

    Problem is my gametag points have reset to zero. Does these mean all my 360 games that I download have been wiped.

    One thing that does work is playing online, tried BF hard-line and that worked, very strange?

    Any help would be great thanks.

    Be careful, doing that.... As it can be detected as Profile Boosting/Glitching & your Gamerpoints + Achievements, can be reset to Zero....

    Why would You need two profiles on the one game & switch between them etc...

    Gamerpoints conversions to currency help

    Ok so I finally got connected to xbox live after almost 3years of playing offline. I read on the forum that gamerpoints or MSP will no longer be used to buy things fom the marketplace but rather that those gamerpoints will be converted to local currency
    equil to your gamerpoints or MSP but when I go to my xox live account it shows that I ave zero currency and my gamerpoints is almost 1500.

    Is there a way can get these converted to currency??

    It seems all my games from the past are now gone, for instance Shadow Complex and Limbo I bought, now they only show as a demo. Gamerpoints reset to zero. :(

    want to recover gamertag, but i forgot my email.

    Yea, the gt is still there with my old friends, but the gamerpoints are zero now. The gt is still active. I just need to find my email so i can recover it.
