    I was on the Xbox app earlier today, trying to change my GP to a different image, but when I tap the image icon to the top right of the Xbox gp’s, it says “Because of your past behavior, you can’t upload custom images.” I do not know why such a message would
    pop up.

    Gamerpicture Change?

    My gamerpicture is doing exactly the same recently - top right gamerpicture shows, showever the gamercard picture shows the grey outline.

    However at the moment on my screen it shows your gamerpicture.

    Check enforcement.xbox.com to see if you have any action on your account. If not that is sometimes a glitch that pops up on the app. Try changing your pic on the console or Win10 app.

    Hey Freshbooster,

    The Gamerpicture is called Xbox 360 Dashboard. It used to be a default Gamerpicture but I guess it got deleted for some reason. Some users who made their account a long time ago may still have this Gamerpicture.

    My gamerpicture keeps changing! At the top right it's Garrus from ME2, my gamercard shows a picture of the World in black and white, and my actual gamerpicture is my avatar!

    Uploading your own avatar would be against the CoC

    On your Xbox; go to:

    Profile>Edit Profile> Gamerpicture

    You can purchase gamerpictures on the Xbox360 console, and on xbox.com
