Gamerpicture 360 and XBOX ONE issue! I need help!

Hello!

I already called the support but they are not able to help me, so I try here and hope you can help me out.

Issue:

I got a special Gears of War 1 gamerpicture at my profile. I use it vor 8/9 years. Until yesterday it was also shown on my XB1. What happened is this.

I went to the Avatar-shop because there were new Gears of War items. I just looked around and quit without purchasing something. Suddenly, my gamerpicture was not shown, but my Avatar (like the gamerpic beside my gamertag name in the left upper corner).
I figured out that you can change this in the XB1 profile settings. So I returned there and chosse "Go to gamerpicture". I had to select one. Sure, my Gears of War was not shown, only the Standard gamerpics.

So, I selected the DayOne and turnded off my XBOX One, hoping the Gears of War gamerpicture returns when I reboot, because it is still shown on my 360 when I log on.

BUT it is not! Even when I log into xbox.com it shows the gamerpicture I chosse on the One. I really want to have my good old Gears of War gamerpicture back!

I am a huge fan of Gears of war and actice in the community since it came out 2006.

It is still on my 360!

What can YOU do?

I really hope you can help me with that!

PLEASE!!!

And if you cannot do something about it, give us some Gears of War gamerpictures to select in the Standard Pictures! C'mon it is your franchise!

Gamerpicture Randomly Changes?

Hi, my name on Xbox is and I've encountered a problem with my gamerpicture. Whenever I'm on my Xbox, and I look at my profiel, it always has the gamerpicture I set. An MLG CoD one. But whenever my friends look at my gamerpicture, it is a Halo
4 gamerpicture, a game I don't have, nor purchased any gamerpictures of. And whenever I go on Xbox.com, it too says I have a Halo 4 gamerpicture. I'm just wondering waht I can do to fix this issue.

How Do i Make my xbox 360 gamerpicture show on xbox one? i know its cropped weird but it's okay. it's not that xbox one gamerpictures are bad. but for me there not really appealing in my opinion.

Unfortunately on the Xbox One, once you choose to use your avatar or one of the high-definition gamerpics you can't go back to the low-definition Xbox 360 gamerpic. The 360 gamerpic will still be shown on the forums here and when you're playing on an Xbox
360 (or a backwards compatible 360 game).

Hey Freshbooster,

The Gamerpicture is called Xbox 360 Dashboard. It used to be a default Gamerpicture but I guess it got deleted for some reason. Some users who made their account a long time ago may still have this Gamerpicture.

Hello Final Feedz,

From your console, go to Edit your Profile and then Gamer Picture. From there, you'll have the option to set two Gamer Pictures, one of which I believe you see and one which your friends and everyone else can see.

Make sure they're the same and you should be all set!

i rly rly need help w/ this problem im having its similar but this needs the help k 1st as u could possibly c my gamerpicture well i can c it perfectly but my friends cannot c it, it shows a blank like going 2 add a new friend a blank i would like 2 knw
