    It's a bunch of crap - On my X1 it looks fine on the home page - but everywhere else it is a tiny square. It looks fine on this forum too. They could easily fix this so let's get it done Microsoft.

    If it was that easy I am sure they would fix it right away, however, I am sure they are working on much more important gaming issues than a gamer pic.

    In regards to Microsoft updating the Xbox 360 gamer pictures into HD, I have a feeling that the Xbox 360 servers will be shut down by 2017.

    Yes, Microsoft can update the Xbox 360 pictures in HD. But it would make more sense for them to focus on the " now " instead of the " soon to be abandoned " game console.

    Since games are still being produced for the 360 I think you can probably be assured that the 360 servers will not be shutdown for quite some time.

    Gamerpics

    I think that we the consumers have the right to use our gamerpics that we purchased no mater how old it is or how low res it is. We paid for pictures that allow us to express who we are back on the 360 but now on the Xbox One if we so much as change our
    picture for a second to one of the "New HD Gamerpics" we can never go back to being who we once were. The pictures that our friends have grown accustomed to over the years, gone in a matter of seconds. To fully express how I feel on the topic I must compare
    what Microsoft has done to gamerpics with the Xbox One to drastic plastic surgery on a persons face in the real world.

    Avatar not showing on live site and gamerpicture different.

    I'm not sure about the avatar, but the gamerpic is an Xbox One gamerpic. The website has been updated to show Xbox One gamerpics in some areas instead of 360 gamerpics. If you don't have a One, you're given a default gamerpic. Gamercards have not been updated
    to show Xbox One information which is why it's still a 360 gamerpic.

    You can't.Once you change your gamerpic on the xbox one you are stuck with either the xbox one gamerpics or an avatar gamerpic.

    You can have a custom gamerpic that is why the option is there.

    If the gamerpic is not in breach of the Terms of Service/Code of Conduct then it will not be changed.

    Only time that enforcement will change the gamerpic if it is in violation of the Terms of Service and other users have reported the custom gamerpic.

    Download the Xbox app, then launch it, select your gamerpic in the top right corner of the app, and select view profile, then select your gamerpic from your profile, and then you can change your gamerpic on there. Bear in mind, custom gamerpics are not
    supported on the app at this time. Only the Xbox One console currently supports custom gamerpics.

    Kinect Problems

    Update: The gamerpic I use is saved with Kinect right? Well after I set up my account and such with it, I changed my gamerpic. Now when Kinect shows my gamerpic (I.E. when it says "Couldn't sign in" and its supposed to show your gamerpic) It shows my old
