Gamerpics on forums.

Stupid question, but how do we get them to show up on the forums? I haven't changed it in years. I remember on the 360 you had 2 options of where it would display, but not anymore on the One. I've changed it, but it still shows the same here, but if I look
at my profile it's the new one. Thanks

If there was an issue with offensive personal gamerpics then these forums would of been full of people complaining about it,in all the years I've been here & on the support forums I've never seen one post complaining about offensive personal gamerpics.

 

I'd like to know this as well lol

On my console ( since day or release of Xbox Slim ) it's a different one but hasn't updated to forum. Obviously Brand we just not with the in crowd ;-)

 

I have been wondering this ever since I came back to these forums. They used to change immediately when you changed them on your 360 but that is no longer the case.

 

You can't.

The forums STILL haven't been updated to show any Xbox One activity on our forum gamercards.

They will show any 360 games you've played & your gamerscore but that's about it.

Is it any wonder this place is dead when they can't be bothered to do something as simple as that,i mean,it's coming up to 3 years since the Xbox Ones release.

Would be sad to see my Darth Maul pic go but it is something that really need's to be sorted.

It's the official Xbox forums for crying out loud & they can't be bothered to update it.

 

It's actually shocking that the official forums where they are supposed to advertise their products and get people to talk about them and to create a buzz about them have neglect hanging off them.

 

Tbh I'm surprised these forums are still even here.

Seems places like Twitter you get more chatter, even from people like Mr Spencer, Acey Bongos etc

Like Badger and Brand said, being the Official forums you would have thought even a little bit more effort would have been put into them but no. I wouldn't mind betting MS would be happy if people stopped altogether from using Xbox.com and moved onto Twitter
etc

I remember the days ( many years back ) where you could make a post, come back an hour later and your post was down on page 3 or 4, it was that busy.

Mind you in those days there was less debates about resolutions, FPS etc I think that pushed a lot of people away

 

Also the X1 reveal debacle chased a lot of regulars away.

 

Think it was the last update that killed these forums off. They moved things around and made it harder to know where to post, I remember the UK forums being quite busy but that's a ghost town now.

Even though we had quite a few trolls back than there was a good community spirit that's no longer here any more sadly.

 

I think you can still change your 360 gamerpic if you wished, you could probably do that through the Xbox One emulation as well if you felt like a change.

Funny thing is I have practically recreated my current pic you can see on the forums on the Xbox One by using my avatar dress up and I don't think I'll be changing that for a while. I can't believe we haven't gotten the option buy gamerpics though, I guess
putting the infrastructure in place doesn't outweigh the profit? Who knows....

 

At this point I doubt they'll ever update the forums haha.

 

Hey peeps. I have been taken a break from this forum as well. I think Goth has been too. Haven't seen her name on the front page. The only other forum I participate on is Planet Coaster forums on Frontier's website. It's a lot more fun there and the website
is run much much much more better than this site. Forum pages load at least 3x quicker. On my PC and on my phone. Here I run into "oops that shouldn't have happened" too much lol, for a site run by the biggest software company in the world
