Gamerpic reported unjustly yet appeal was denied.

My gamerpic was as seen below. Former president of the united states fireing a pistol while standing in front of a flag backdrop. It was reported 2 days ago and i appealed immediately. This morning i checked and my appeal was denied. Ive read the community guidelines and absolutely nothing about this picture violates the terms. Microsoft has given no explanation. It cant be the flag because its a national flag. It cant be the gun because theirs gun props in the Microsoft avatars, games, game covers and other things, guns are everywhere. It cant be trump because there's other former presidents pictures everywhere. Im seeking help from the enforcement team and community. The system that automatically bans people if their gamerpic gets reported is awful. Making a false report should be punished.

While guns are shown in other places, those are rated for that. Anything you put on your profile, anything you text, etc. has to remain E for everyone. So guns in a gamerpic can warrant a suspension.

Controversial figures (Trump) will also warrant a suspension.

If the enforcement team denied your appeal, there is nothing else that can be done.

bans are done server side, the exploit tricks the automated banning system into banning a targeted account, and obviously Microsoft always denies the appeals as most of that is automated.

This has been reported to Microsoft via correct channels but still no response as of yet.

For now, stay out of strangers parties.

They absolutely do not! The person that reported my gt harassed me before reporting. I sent that in on appeal and was denied immediately and also got a reply saying that a his harassment was not against community standards.

Is there anyway I can call someone? The appeal was denied and I know for sure real people aren't reviewing my gamerpics whenever I post a new one. The suspension was too harsh and unreasonable. I've seen other gamers with far worse gamer pics than me.

But there was no reason for the report someone has obviously reported me for a laugh and I’ve received the suspension and been denied the appeal and I’ve got to sit out a ban for 4 days even thought I did nothing wrong. Surely there’s a way to put some sort of second appeal though or someone I can talk to about it ?
