Gamerpic removed and ability to change gamerpic suspended.

Hi guys, sorry to ask a question that may be obvious, but my gamerpic was removed earlier today and I was wondering if anyone knew as to why. So I know that currently Xbox has a new policy where since the global outbreak they have disabled the ability to
upload and change custom gamerpics, but that existing ones shouldn't be effected. That's completely understandable, but for whatever reason earlier today mine got removed, and I got hit with a suspension for being able to upload custom gamerpics.

My gamerpic was literally just a picture of Gustavo Rocque from Big Time Rush (exact picture below) and I have absolutely no idea why it was removed. Anyone have any ideas on why it was, and what I can do? I'm unable to file a claim with Xbox Enforecement,
and the person I talked to on the matter earlier was less than helpful. If you can help shine some light on anything here that would be amazing.

The main reason I want some kind of answer is so that I can know what exactly was wrong with the image, so I can avoid issues in the future. I see nothing bad about the gamerpic, but obviously I'm not Enforcement, so what do I know.

Thanks for the reply! That's exactly where I went first, and It said that I'm ineligible to try and get it reviewed.

You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if it shows there. The enforcement teams are the only ones who handle that and they do not use the forums.

What julosjc mentioned could be a reason you are unable to change your custom profile pic, but the more likely reason is that Xbox has temporarily suspended the ability of users to change their custom gamerpics. You can go to beta.support.xbox.com for more
