Gamerpic problem

I was trying to change my Xbox One Gamerpic to one of my Avatar wearing the Injustice Flash costume and it wont set. It always reverts to a previous Gamerpic. Is there a fix or is this happening to other people right now?

J'ai un problème avec mon "gamerpic"! Le téléchargement s'effectue avec succès. Un pop up me signale que l'image sera vérifiée et qu'elle apparaîtra la vue de tous si tout est en ordre. J'attends quelques jours, mais l'image par défaut reste. J'ai contacté
le support maintes reprises. Aucune solution ne m'a été proposée part de contacter le service "enforcement" qui valide les images. Mais aucun moyen de mettre la main sur leurs coordonnées. Voici les 2 images que j'essaie de mettre en "gamerpic". Une est
tirée du film "Terminator 2". L'autre du jeu "Battelfield V". Pensez vous que ces images posent un problème quelconque?

I have a problem with my "Gamerpic "! The download is done successfully. A pop up indicates to me that the image will be verified and that it appears in the view of all if everything is in order. I wait a few days, but the default image remains. I have
contacted the media many times. No solution was offered to me except to contact the service "enforcement " which validates the images. But there's no way to get a hold of their coordinates. Here are the 2 images that I try to put in "Gamerpic ". One is taken
from the movie "Terminator 2 ". The other of the game "Battelfield V ". Do you think these images pose any problems?

are you getting any error messages?.

 

No there isn't any error messages. I create a new picture with my avatar and select to set it as my gamerpic but it never actually changes. I can set it to one of the regular Gamerpics but every time try to set it to one of my Avatar it changes it to an
old one I used in the Deadpool costume.

In addition no I didn't know I wasn't supposed to bump a post because I don't use the forums very often. What are you supposed to do if you don't ever get an answer? Just let your question fade to the bottom or make a new post about the same problem? Neither
of those things sound ideal.

avatar pics are an issue that keeps popping up - the support team are aware of a few issues and have been looking at it for a while.

There have been some avatar issues with particular outfits and I wonder if that's what is causing your issue - does it save if you choose some of the standard clothing for your avatar instead of items your have bought/downloaded?

The main support team are monitoring these forums so will be able to provide a better answer.

Also just for future info - bumping. The support team work from the oldest thread to the newest - so bumping can actually slow their response to you instead of speeding it up!

 

To answer your question no. If I try to set my Avatar to my Gamerpic in any clothing it reverts to an old picture I used a long time ago.

Bump again because nothing has happened.

There needs to be a way to delete the old avatar. Power cycle does not work. On the Xbox website and on the console, the new avatar is shown but it will not save. Creating a new avatar does not work. It keeps reverting back to the old avatar.
