Gamerpic not showing

Hi,

my gamerpic is not showing on the home dashboard. I tried changing it but the new one also won't show on the dashboard.

anyone else having this. it's since the summer update.

My gamerpic is not showing

As the title say my gamerpic is not showing in the profiles menu and in the up left corner in my screen, also when im playing gears 4 my gamerpic doesnt show

Hmmm it is my gamerpic on my console, I can even edit it on xbox.com but still not showing.

Lets remove and re-add the profile onto the console alright settings - account - remove accounts once done you can re-add it by double tapping the Xbox home button go to were players sign in and click on add & manage you can add your account there.

If that doesn't work hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds until the console powers off once done unplug your console from receiving power and sending HDMI signals for 5-6 minutes uninterrupted when you finish plug it back in and start the console
the green boot screen should load let it finish and check.

thanks for the tips but they didn't work.

I had to reset the console through the system menu ( chose the keep games and apps option ). that worked.

Update: The gamerpic I use is saved with Kinect right? Well after I set up my account and such with it, I changed my gamerpic. Now when Kinect shows my gamerpic (I.E. when it says "Couldn't sign in" and its supposed to show your gamerpic) It shows my old
gamerpic not the new one.

Those are your gamerpics, not avatar (unless you have your avatar as your gamerpic). To change what's shown on the forums, you would have to change your gamerpic on the consoles. The one to the left (on your gamercard) would be a 360 gamerpic because those
haven't been updated to show gamerpics from the One yet. It shows as broken for me too because the forums have just been glitchy.

The one on the top right of the screen will show as a One gamerpic. Sometimes that'll be glitchy too and just randomly change instead of showing your actual gamerpic.

Sorry, but once you change your gamerpic on the One, it's not possible to revert that to a 360 gamerpic. You can change it on the 360 and it will show up there, but anywhere else that has been updated to show One information will only show the One gamerpic.

I'm not sure about the avatar, but the gamerpic is an Xbox One gamerpic. The website has been updated to show Xbox One gamerpics in some areas instead of 360 gamerpics. If you don't have a One, you're given a default gamerpic. Gamercards have not been updated
to show Xbox One information which is why it's still a 360 gamerpic.

Please take notice of my current gamerpic - it is a "Jets' logo. I purchased the "Bills" gamerpic package. Yes, I changed my gamerpic in the manner that you mentioned.

On MY Xbox - My gamerpic shows up at a Bills logo

To others on XBOX - It shows the Jets

On Xbox.com and all others - it shows the Jets.

Some kind of glitch.
