Gamerpic not appearing

The other day a friend on Live told me that my gamerpic wasn't appearing and was just a blank square. This made me curious so I sent my account a friend request from other people's consoles and I confirmed that my gamerpic does not appear. When I log into
this site there is no picture by my name either. However, I have another account on my 360, and when I log into this site the gamerpic does appear for that account. The gamerpic I am using for this account is the Detroit Tigers logo whereas the account that
works uses one of the more common gamerpics. I have not purchased any gamerpics since buying this console and both of these came default with my 360. Any ideas to fix this problem?

Xbox friends aren't appearing

When i go to my friends list it says that my friends are online but when i press on one of my friends specifically it says they are offline and their gamerpic isnt appearing i already checked the internet and reseted my xbox how do i fix this?

Hello,

I'm using Windows 10. I created an avatar in the Windows Avatar app and saved a screenshot of it as my gamerpic. My new gamerpic shows up in the Windows Xbox app and also on the Xbox One. However, in Windows games such as Microsoft Minesweeper and Microsoft
Sudoku, a different gamerpic appears. Clicking on it simply redirects me to the Xbox app where my avatar and gamerpic are appearing correctly.

I've tried resetting the apps, clearing my settings in them, deleting the apps and reinstalling them, signing out and signing back in, but none of it has helped. The same, incorrect avatar appears on both of my Windows PCs in Minesweeper and Sudoku.

I also keep getting knocked back and forth between Windows and Xbox Support. I wonder if there's some way to just clear out my old avatar data and then save the new one again.

Hey there, AngusBeef725! I can see it's broken here on the forums, too! That's not good. We'd like to help you out, but we need to know where this gamerpic came from. I know it's the Detroit Tigers gamerpic, however can you provide me a direct link to it
or explain where exactly you got it from, please? Once I have that information, we can look into this a little bit further.

 

Thanks for replying, in answer to your question this gamerpic has been on my console for as long as I've been on Live along with gamerpics for the other baseball teams. I assume it came with the console because I've never purchased a single gamerpic from

Thanks, Angus! That actually helped me a lot in finding out where you got it from! Looks like it's from the

MLB: Tigers Picture Pack, and it should have been a purchase for about $1.00. If you check out that page, is it asking you to purchase or is it already saying that you've already purchased it?

 

I don't actually think its from that picture pack, because that one came out in 2013 and I've had this gamerpic since I got my console (way before 2013).

I did however look at my purchases and confirmed that I've never bought any gamerpics. I have noticed though that on this site, the place where my gamerpic should appear is saying MLB 2k8. This is pretty strange since I've never played that game before or
purchased anything for it. The best conclusion I can reach right now is that I somehow have these gamerpics appearing on my console when they shouldnt...

Whatever the reason, it seems like this gamerpic just isn't gonna work for me, so unless I can find a solution I think I'll just switch to using another instead.

 

Hey, Angus! Sorry for the delayed response here. The case might have been that someone else that was on your console many years ago made the purchase of the pack and made them available to you. They might have done a license transfer recently and that caused
your account to no longer have the valid gamerpic.
