Gamerpic issue (not showing on dashboard)/ game dashboarding before loading up

Hi,

I have been directed here by a member of the support team to get help resolving the following 2 issues:-

1. Gamerpic not showing on the main dashboard (just shows a circle and my gamertag, name and gamerscore underneath)

2. I downloaded Euro Fishing a couple of days ago and have yet been able to play it as it dashboards about 30 seconds into loading it up. All other games are playable except this one.

I have spoken to a number of xbox support members and no one has been a le to help me as of yet.

Just like your profile color, your dashboard background, your gamerpic, etc. etc.

 

Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag Xbox One

So i have been playing Black Flag almost non stop and i have been having some problems with the game booting up.

I sign in as normall and the game is already on the small screen next to my snap icon. When i try to load the game it shows the AC logo then loads and returns back to the dashboard. It will repeat this 3 times and it will then work as normal.

What exactly causes this is it a fault with my Xbox Ones dashboard, the game or an undiscovered bug?

 

Have you tried hard resetting your Xbox or deleting the fishing game and reinstalling it?

 

I've tried pretty much everything. Reinstalling, disconnecting profile, clearing cache. Everything the support team suggested has no effect

 

In my 9-10 playing on xbox i have never had trouble playing a game. So it's frustrating paying for a game and not being able to play it

 

yo bro i had this issue about a Year ago just re-download your profile and change it once then change it back it will then be fixed
