    Gamerpic changes back to one of the regular ones?


    I'm trying to change my gamerpic through the xbox beta app, and every time i change it, it stays for a second and then reverts back to the original one. Any ideas on how to fix it?

    When I change my gamer pic it still shows my 360 one PLEASE HELP!

    It's best to create your own thread instead of bumping an old one. Once you change your gamerpic on the One, you can't revert back to a 360 gamerpic.

    Here is my situation I have change my gamerpic on xbox one, I go back and I notice that my gamerpic has change for another pornographic, my wife has change my gamerpic to make a joke and I immediately change but I was ban so I be grateful to remove my ban because
    of a misunderstanding and an offence which was not desired.

    Custom gamerpic

    Try changing to one of the original gamerpics and then change it back to your custom gamerpic.

    Purchased gamer pic not available.

    Once you change your gamerpic on the One, there is no way to go back to a 360 gamerpic. So if your friends haven't changed theirs, then that's why they still have them. Even if you change your gamerpic on the 360 it will not be displayed on the One.

    There is no word on if/when 360 gamerpics can be used on the One.

    The pack should still be available on your account and if you change your gamerpic on the 360. However, once your gamerpic has been changed to a One gamerpic, it is not possible to switch back.

    Gamerpics don't actually transfer between the two consoles. Once you change your gamerpic on the One, you cannot change it back to one from the 360. You still see the pic here on the forums because the gamercards have not been updated to show gamerpics from
    the One.
