    Today I received a warning about the ban for my Gamerpic, on which was pictured of Michael Jordan, a very famous basketball player I think everyone knows him. I ask for a response from the support for which I received the ban?

    Is Michael Jordan a Prohibited Person?

    And now Im not going to be able to be an xbox ambassador until the next year

    if your gamerpic violates the terms and conditions you will get banned/suspended.

    A gamerpic wouldn't cause a permanent ban on the account unless it was extremely serve.

    Most permanent bans can't be undone. If its a temporary ban you'll have to wait it out.

    Yes, multiple enforcement actions could lead to a permanent ban. It doesn't matter what type of suspension or that it's just for gamerpics. And yes, using a gamerpic that was already removed can lead to another suspension.

    Ok thank you for the response. I used a gamerpic in the past that was inappropriate, but it never got banned. I switched off of it a few weeks ago but is it still possible that I could get suspended for using that gamerpic in the past or is it ok since I changed it back to an appropriate gamerpic?
