Gamercard on Forum Out of Date

Hi All,

Does anyone have an idea as to why my gamercard showing on these forums shows out of date games? My gamerscore appears correct but the recent games is wrong. I've not long picked up my Xbox one and it's still showing all my old 360 games although it counts
the score from my newer games.

Any tips of how to fix would be appreciated.

Anyone know how to change the gamercard/avatar displayed on our posts here? Mine seems to be a little out of date...

How Long Have You Used The Microsoft Forums? I Wanna Know!

I've been on and off of these forums for years, starting back when the original Xbox 360 came out on a different gamercard.

I think it takes some time to update. I bet they're working on a new update to include new gamercards that will include both 360/XB1.

Ok cool, thanks for the reply. It's obviously not a 'problem' as such, just a bit irritating as it can be full seeing what others are playing recently to see if you have similar interests without having to go through their whole profile.

Agree. It need include XB1 and even WIN10 games when WIN10 comes out in the market.

Alucard, you can still click on their profiles and that will show you their Xbox One games.

These forums don't play nice with cards for the Xbox One side. It makes sense but it's pretty technical. They're aware we all want the updated game info for all systems though. It's just a bigger deal than simply putting it through because of the way
the forums link to live and how we log into the forums with ours MSA.

I don't understand how third party sites are able to do it though Scratch. How are they getting Xbox One and 360 games to show up on their gamercards but Microsoft can't manage it on their own?

Oh I know, from what I'm told it has to do with how the forum profile is tied directly to Live and not using an API or scraping the website here and how it was done here on the 360 is completely different than how the One info is handled so it doesn't directly
work with how the forum software was designed without a lot of rework. Why it seems to be tabled or taking awhile to do that I can't answer. There are many reasons priorities change, plans change and then things change.
