Gamer tag profile missing profile section on web

Discus and support Gamer tag profile missing profile section on web in XBoX on Mobile to solve the problem; I cant figure out why the top part of the web profile is missing the section with the gamer pic, bio, location, and friend controls) while the bottom... I cant figure out why the top part of the web profile is missing the section with the gamer pic, bio, location, and friend controls) while the bottom part displays properly (the tabs with activity feed, achievements, captures, etc) when accessing my profile
via browser either by myself or by a friend.

accessing other player profiles on web displays correctly so it seems specific to my profile. I did check to ensure profile is public, so not sure how else to diagnose.
