    Gamer tag not working


    Im trying to change my gamer tag to something that is 12 letters long but each time i select change gamertag it says sorry and to try changing my gamertag again but i keep trying and it wont work, what do i do? Ive tried changinf it on my computer and phone and still no luck and im prepared to pay for the change.

    If you are suspended due to payment, you will not be able to edit it on the xbox.com website. You could try changing your payment method on the console, contacting Xbox billing support, or going to http//billing.microsoft.com select the declined payment
    method at the bottom and change to the new one.

    Can you sign in with both gamer tags. Let the maps load and then sign out of the non gold gamer tag. Not 100% sure if this will work.

    If you block another player, you will avoid receiving messages, game invitations and group invitations from that player. You will also prevent the player from seeing your online activity and, if they are on your friends list, they will be removed from it.

    Unfortunately a lock does not work to prevent matchmaking with locked users, as the Xbox system is independent of the game developers' matchmaking system.
