    Gamer tag not showing up right


    my gamer tag does not show up correctly, but when i try to change it, it says that it is my current username. As you can see in the first image, it says HenryB6565. However, it is supposed to say . in the last two images, it says that it is . i would like to know why this is happening, and if i can fix it.

    It'll show as your main gamertag in areas that haven't been updated to work with the new system.

    You actually have 2 gamertags, A "classic' gamertag (HarryB6565) and a current gamertag (HarryB6567#4185). The class tag will show in any areas that haven't been updated to work with the new gamertag policy which is why you're seeing it on the website. Sometimes the website will show the option to change the classic tag, but not always. It might be possible to change it on a 360 console.

    sorry but OP said that (ALL)l Profiles and game are gone so it sounds like he has more than one Gamer tag missing... If it was a corrupt Gamer tag the other Gamer tags will show up... so reinstalling the gamer tag will not fix the others.. So It sounds more
    like data from the Hard Dive and the xbox is not communicating right and that is usually for the hard dive not connected all the way...
