    Hi there,

    While people can give you suggestions in the forums, there's nothing to say the tags would be available, or someone else doesn't scoop it up right away.

    You're best bet would be to discuss it with friends in person instead of in a public forum.

    Yes...I get that image...and have tried that. But, it is not letting me change my gamer name to my old name....

    I appreciate all your help...but, I think part of the problem is with the set up that Best Buy did.....

    I think I will just wait a few days...give my brain a rest.....and try again...

    Non-use....is not the problem. I play daily.

    However....it doesn't matter.....I have tried everything that has been suggested.....so, like I said, I give up...and will start over.

    Again....thanks for all the input and suggestions.

    When I picked up computer......I had Best Buy do the set up.

    So....when we were setting up Microsoft stuff...I could not remember my password...so I had to set up a new account/password.....I think that is the problem.....because I can't access Microsoft on the new laptop unless I use the new info. It won't recognize
    my old info.
