    My son's gamertag is not showing up when he logs into the xbox one. I know my username and password, also know my passcode but his gamertag along with all his friends and money are gone. How do I get his gamertag back?

    most likely he's not signing in with the correct email address for his account...if you know the gamertag, call Xbox Support and they can search by the gamertag and help locate the email address for the correct account

    Sorry I just realized that my main email is not attached to my gamer tag. The gamer tag I am having issues with is urocco. I have had this gamer tag for a very long time and I am not sure why there are issues with it.

    sorry but OP said that (ALL)l Profiles and game are gone so it sounds like he has more than one Gamer tag missing... If it was a corrupt Gamer tag the other Gamer tags will show up... so reinstalling the gamer tag will not fix the others.. So It sounds more
    like data from the Hard Dive and the xbox is not communicating right and that is usually for the hard dive not connected all the way...
