Gamer tag keeps signing out of Xbox live gold

@summer sorry to hear that ! sounds like it could be something a profile issue, but let me ask you this if that's okay!

is your profile on his xbox by any chance? cause what i'm getting at is if their is another profile on that console you could test out and see if it stays connected. if it does in fact stay connected on the xbox is leaning towards that maybe we should delete
the profile and redownload it

heres how to do just that

1.Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

2.Select Settings.

3.Select All Settings.

4.Under "Account," select Remove accounts.

5.Select the account that you want to remove.

6.Select Remove to confirm.

7.When you're finished, select Close then reboot your xbox one and try adding your profile (his profile) again

but if the profile you test on his console does the same thing, it maybe due to some wireless interference, I'd recommend trying this

1.Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

2.Select Settings.

3.Select All Settings.

4.Select Network settings.

5. Select "go Offline.

6. Then forget wireless network * if applicable / if you don't see that option don't worry

7.then go back to all settings and then go to power and start up

8. go to turn off and restart and choose the restart now option ( this clears your system cache)

9. upon restart try going back to settings and going back online

Can you sign in with both gamer tags. Let the maps load and then sign out of the non gold gamer tag. Not 100% sure if this will work.

As previously stated on my first post, When an Xbox live member chooses an Xbox gamer-tag, they have the full rights to keep that gamer-tag even know if they have been inactive for years along with no gamer-score & no gold membership, The owner of the gamer-tag
must change it himself or when a forced gamer tag change is imposed due to the gamer-tag violated the code of conduct in any sort of way, Other than that, Your out of luck. Sorry.

It's on the latest update everything doesn't seem to work ... It's when I try to sign in to Xbox live with my gamer tag that is gold... Please help me
