Gamer tag hacked

Hi everyone. I had my gamer tag hacked last Monday. It is now Saturday and still do not have it back yet. No one is able to play anything since my account was the main account. Every time I call they say the tier 3 team will be in touch within 24-72 hrs.
I am beyond frustrated and angry. Any suggestions??? Thanks!

Hi there,

since you already had contact with I assume Xbox Support it's best to wait those 24-72 hours, if they have told you this before then you could ask if you can be contacted by the tier 3 team at that moment when you have them at the phone?

Not sure if that is possible, but worth the shot.

If the account was compromised and you couldn't recover the account, they should have asked you to create a new account. And then the account specialists would contact you through the email address of the new account.

If you have full access to the account and your account was just used by someone else, they should have asked you to change the PW on your account and you'd be getting contact within 3 business days at the email address on the account.

Check the junk or spam folders of your account too.
