Gamer tag fix for XBox one

Take off the username with hashtags and keep it as it was before. I want my name be just . Not Another gamer tag with QueenGucci#4666 I want this off. Plz take it off just keep my real gamertag.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you wish to make adjustments to how your Gamertag is currently being displayed.

The way your Gamertag is being displayed with that additional symbol and set of numbers is all part of the new Gamertag change update.

We here on the Xbox Forums do not have the means to make any configuration to the way your Gamertag is perceived by others.

I would like to refer you to review the
Gamertag update FAQ for further information on this matter.

I am having the same problem for weeks - gamer tag is . I have been on with support for hours and they have basically washed their hands of it. I can't see or use my account balance on xbox one only and only with respect to this gamer tag.
It works fine on 360 or on xbox one with another gamer tag. Any idea if our accounts will be fixed?

sorry but OP said that (ALL)l Profiles and game are gone so it sounds like he has more than one Gamer tag missing... If it was a corrupt Gamer tag the other Gamer tags will show up... so reinstalling the gamer tag will not fix the others.. So It sounds more
like data from the Hard Dive and the xbox is not communicating right and that is usually for the hard dive not connected all the way...

Hello there oOI BUMBUM IOo When an Xbox live member chooses an Xbox gamer-tag, they have the full rights to keep that gamer-tag even know if they have been inactive for years along with no gamer-score & no gold membership,
you will not be able to request for the gamer-tag to be forced changed. The owner of the gamer-tag must change it himself or when a forced gamer tag change is imposed due to the gamer-tag violated the code of conduct in any sort of way, if the gamer tag you
enter is already taken, you are prompted to try another gamer tag Also try to remember that gamer-tags are also tied to services like Zune or games for windows live. If a gt doesn't exist on Xbox or has already been taken, it might be in use on one of those
Additional services like gfwl.
