my gamer tag has been changed without any warning i need to speak with someone form Microsoft about getting this change back can any one help me

i want to change my gt to TidalSnow but someone else has already got it and I don't want to replace one of the letters with numbers so if someone could suggest how I change it up a bit to use it that'd be great.

I've tried it with a space between as Tidal Snow but someone's got that too.

looking at the gamertag it likely was a forced gamertag change. You should have gotten an email with the reason and for any information go to the suspension forums here:

forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

Somebody from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team will respond, be aware that it may take a couple of days

 

well i dont understand how its offensive in any way

 

It disant matter what you think it is ho w others perceives it

If you replacés characters tp hide thé offending Word then no you may use words that look or similiar words to offences

Its best to keep it rated E for everyone

Suggestion you réad thé code of conduct most times people claim thé sa me thing when They présent thé offending name. Its an obvious violation of thé terme of usé and They think people dont use thé urbain dictionary

 

Or that peopllecant see thé hidden Word with a couple replace characters

It may be funny to you but it may be offensive to others

You can "appeal" by posting in the link WPAK posted above. If your name has been deemed to violate the Terms of Use, you will have to pay to change it.

 

Posts startinng with a debate usually gets deleted as it really isnt up for dispute

Trust me They dont do namechanges for no reason and Amy attemppt to get a similar name with thé offending Word Will only get a forces name change

Yes, you will have to pay the standard price for changing a gamertag.

 

And i think more seriously about thé rules pretty sure you cant appeal that one

Hiding sexual words is not a good idea

 

surely i should get chance to change it without paying i didnt know it was offending anyone and i still dont see how it could of ive had it for 4 years and its been fine and now i have to pay to change the name forced on me that doesn't seem very fair
