    Gamer tag changed for no reason


    Overnight, my gamer tag has been changed to a hideous, completely boring name of . This was a shock because most people loved my gamer tag which is non offensive and completely true. The name was LGBTQ is gay. Yet Microsoft didn't read the
    context of my name so I'm forced to stay with this horrible name. Please help me fix this problem

    Hi. I just had my gamer tag changed for some reason because a guy that I beat on rocket league got mad and decided to report me. My previous gamer tag was iPoodMyPJs. I've looked and in no way does this violate the terms of Xbox live. I also find it ridIculous
    that they want me to pay for a new gamer tag. All I want is my previous gamer tag back. Again, it does not violate ANYTHING to do with the terms of service. Just because someone finds it "offensive" means I have to shell out my money to pay for a new one?
    That's absolutely crazy. In no way is it offensive. And if it is... Then that's the person who reported me's problem. I want my gamer tag back and any enforcement team memBer that can help please respond.

    Code of Conduct    , under "What are examples of content that is prohibited in Xbox Live?" that states

    "Content that is controversial. For example:

    • Sexual, provocative, pornographic, or adult content
    • Violent content
    • Controversial religious content
    • Anything involving notorious people or organizations
    • Anything involving sensitive events, current or historical"
