Gamer tag change processed on wrong account

Hello,

I changed my gamertag yesterday, but the change was processed on the wrong account. When i changed it, the site prompted me to sign in. I signed in using
[Mod Removed- Personal information] which is my active xbox live account subscribed to Gold. Unfortunately, when i was redirected to another portion of the mobile website, the site thought I was signed in under
[Mod Removed- Personal information] which is my old inactive xbox live account (it hasn’t been subscribed since 2010 as seen under the order history). Is there anyway this gamertag change can be reverted and processed on the correct account?

I have the wrong Gamer tag associated to my MS account. How can I change the gamer tag associated to my MS account?

Help with changing gamer tag

i want to change my gt to TidalSnow but someone else has already got it and I don't want to replace one of the letters with numbers so if someone could suggest how I change it up a bit to use it that'd be great.

I've tried it with a space between as Tidal Snow but someone's got that too.

Unfortunately, there's no way for you to get a refund or undo a gamertag change once it's been done to your account.

More than likely you're going to have to pay again on the appropriate account.

If you like, though, you can contact Xbox customer support and they can outline all of your options on phone by requesting a call back through our
contact us support page.

Gamer tags are tied to accounts and can only be changed when you go through the process to change the gamer tag. No one can give you a gamer tag to assign to another account.

So, neither you or as you stated, "people threating to take the tag as soon as it is chnaged" can take that gamer tag.

The gamer tag won't be made available right away if you change the gamer tag on that original account.

Look im not trying to pick a fight , the email thing is wrong i need access to my accounts physically to change access . All of these accoumts have my real gamer tag { } as a secondery gamer tag wich denies me access to security settings

You might want to check the sign in email address that you used when you were online and changed your gamer tag.

Go back online and sign in and see if the gamer tag is showing up when you're online on the Xbox website.

If it's showing up there correctly, then you'll want to go back to the Xbox Console and Add that account to your Xbox using that sign in email address.

If your gamer tag is not showing up online and you were charged for the gamer tag change and it didn't take you can contact Xbox Support for a refund "maybe".

The other possibility is that you're signed in on the Xbox console with one account and you signed in online with a different account. If that's the case then you may have changed the GT on the wrong account.

That doesnt work. My gamer tag is stuck on my wrong account. And i dont wanna stick with this gamer tag. Or lose my friends
