a girl streaming on twitch has her house broken into. people watching it see a man with a gun and tack her address down in minutes and get the police there.

Simple. Click on the cheater gamertag, and file a complaint. If you don't complain, how do you expect anything to happen?

Do you apply your "not reporting" logic to real life too? Let's take a hypothetical situation. You come home one night to find that your house has been broken into, and your stuff is gone. Would you, in this case, complain about the Police not doing anything
about your house being broken into? Or would contact the Police reporting the break in?

The edit option only lasts for about 5 minutes.

I saw this video earlier. This woman and her family are very lucky to have not been harmed.
