    Gamer score went down over 1,000?!?!?!


    Excuse me if this is the wrong forum,

    why the **** has my xbox gamerscore gone down by over 1,000? it's meant to be at 4,790 but it's at 3,610 i want this fixed asap.... my gamertag is why is this STILL Happening to people?!

    Hi there,

    If you did not receive a Gamerscore correction, which would show
    here    , it most likely is a glitch that will correct itself in a few days. A few users have experienced this glitch so you aren't alone.

    Gamerscore random reset

    I've been playing Xbox for over 5 years and my gamer score was at 55222. In randomly playing NBA 2k and I see my score went down to now 41792 !!! Someone please help !

    We recommend waiting a few days for your Gamerscore to iron out as it could be server related. If you still don't see your Gamerscore go back to its original state, we recommend reaching out to
    phone or chat support so they can take a closer look at your account.

    Hopefully that gets resolved soon!

    What achievement related milestones are you proud of?

    I'm sort of working on getting my Top 10 TA score achievements all above 1,000 TA Points. My bottom three are all that are left that aren't over 1,000. I'm sure if I hunted down achievements I could get it done, but I'm just playing games I want and just
    trying to get there a bit more naturally.
