Gamer score reset due to cheating.

Hey,

A couple of years back my account was hacked and my achievements was modified. Once I recovered my account my gamerscore had been reset "due to cheating". I'm just wondering if there's anything you can do for me as I can no longer gain achievements from
certain games that were modified

You can't see my achievements anymore because MS reset them. I can get all my achievements on one game to 100% because it is possible. It's lot of hard work and effort to do it. GTA4 I never got 100% tho because I only played multilayer with my friends.
I played some of the story on it and got some few achievements that's about it.

Afraid not.

Part of the punishment of a Gamerscore reset is that you can never re earn any reset achievements on that account again.

If you want to earn those achievements again then you would need to start a new account.

Your profile can't be hacked.

Modded Gamerscore is not tolerated by the enforcement team so no one is victorious.

then explain to me how my account was hacked and modified. Because if it can't be hacked then how did that happen? I had to contact support and recover it as everything got changed. Support is a joke here.

This isn't a court of law, and that's not how things work when it comes to private property. Xbox Live servers are private property, therefore MS makes the rules.

There was no glitch in their system, and MS doesn't just randomly reset gamerscore.

It doesn't show any achievements at all when I look at his profile. If it showed he got all GTA4 achievements in one day though then there's no doubt he cheated. There's no way he got through 100% of the single player and all multiplayer achievements in
24 hours.
