Gamer score reduced

I turned on my xbox today after not playing for a few days and my gamerscore has been reduced by about 20,000 G. Also achievements I’ve already got are popping up but not actually adding to my overall score. Anyone else having this problem?

Yep it happened to me i was at 15900 gamerscore and now im at 1095

I had this issue a while back, try clearing your console cache, see below.

Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox until it turns off completely. Unplug the power brick from the back
of the Xbox. Press and hold the power button on the Xbox several times to expel any remaining power
and clear the cache
