    360 controller needs to work on the X1 IMMEDIATELY or I'm changing teams!

    Original Xbox, 3 360's, new Xbox One and only 3715 gamer score?

    Hey, OCHOA!

    Sorry to see any issues with your gamerscore! We've seen a few reports of these, however it's been that the website profile was reflecting the correct data. Do you see what you believe to be your gamerscore on
    your profile? If so, it might be worth doing a

    factory reset     on your console if you haven't already.
