    Gamer score missing 45,000 points? My was reduced for no reason... What the heck is going on?


    When I turned my Xbox One X on this morning, my Gamerscore reduced 45,000 points? Again, what is happening and why did it happen? Please fix my gamerscore and return my hard earned point back to my gamerscore.

    I have had this from time to time. It is normally an error on the background server and some of your score goes missing. It should be back in a few days

    Did you preorder them digitally or as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com? In order to qualify for that offer, they have to be purchased as physical discs from microsoftstore.com.

    The offer for 15,000 Credits per purchase is the MicrosoftStore.com offer for physical (disc) copies. Since your purchases were digital, they did not qualify.
