Gamer score keeps decreasing

My gamer score went from about 50,420 to 38,735 for the second time. The first time I was able to restore my gamer score was simple, all I did was install the Xbox app and signed into my account and it was automatically set to it's original number. But out
of nowhere, it goes down again and the method I used the first time doesn't work. I would like to have my gamer score restored and this steps to avoid having this problem again.

my achievements score was 50,750 now it says 43,300 I need this be fixed asap cause this is **** it decreased

 

Gamer score decreasing for no reason!!!

This issue isn't restricted to members of the Insider program but did affect a bunch of us while testing the new update,including me.

As you are a member of the Insider program you need to report this via your console using the "report a problem" box that pops up if you hold down the guide button on your controller as if you were turning your console off.

Happened to me 6 times while testing the update so you are not alone.I did get my Gamerscore/achievements back each time after reporting it.

 

You have your games hidden so we can't see whether it's a glitch or a Gamerscore reset.

 

My games are no longer hidden.

 

Looks like a glitch that a few people have had recently,including myself.

No idea why it happens which means there's no way to prevent it from happening again.

It should just correct itself within a few days.
