Gamer Score Issue

    Gamer score issue

    I had a gamer score of 67.000 almost 68.000. I was unlocking the achievements from far cry 5 all day. Soon as I finished the game it dropped me down too 62.026. Some of my games says I have 0 but under recent achievements it will show the amount please help

    Hi there,

    If you account doesn't have an
    enforcement action     on it then you're most likely effected by a glitch that will clear itself up in a couple days.

    Sorry to hear it. It sounds as though you may have had a gamerscore reset. Please head over to the enforcement page linked below and open up a case review. The PET will give you more information.

    Gamer Score Issue

    I can see that you only have 20GS from your gamercard on the forums. However, phone support informed you incorrectly. As this does seem to be an enforcement action (which you can check at the link I provided above) your only recourse is to deal directly
    with the PET at that link.

    I have uninstalled my profile then downloaded it again. My gamer score was in the 15,000's now it's 0, I am on the xbox one.

    it must be a national problem as I unlocked 750 gamer score yesterday & it’s not reflecting on my gamerscore leaderboards tan & the game doesn’t even appear on my achievements list within my profile. Although my overall total gamerscore
    is correct & the unlocked achievements show in my feed. It’s very annoying & I hope they fix soon, never had this happen before & ive been playing for the last 13 years

    i do have one against me but it was weeks ago and wasn't anything bad just a comment i made i guess Xbox didn't like.
