    Gamer score has disappeared


    My gamertag is , just recently I had to change my email because it had underscores (_) and I could not access my account. I followed instructions and now my gamer score has disappeared. I had a huge amount of gamer score therefore I had to
    bring this to your attention.

    Looks like a glitch of some sort with mine, like 30000 gamer score has just disappeared, but when I click on the game or look on Xbox.com it has the correct gamer score for me, but it just shows a bunch of 0s for a bunch of random games that I know I have more than 0 on, anybody else missing any gamer score?

    Sounds like you may have had a gamerscore reset. You can check to see if you've had an enforcement action on your account by logging in to the following site:
    http://enforcement.xbox.com/

    If you have more questions about this then you should post to the suspensions forums.

    I checked and I'm at a good status therefore i don't understand how my gamer-score reset. Is there a way to get it back because its unfair tbh....

    No, Online and offline gamer score will not merge.

    The offline gamer score will disappear.

    Hi Lily! Sorry to hear about your profile shenanigans. Let's see if we can get this fixed for you.

    First off, I would recommend you delete your profile (profile only)

    Then, go ahead and clear your cache.

    Lastly, redownload your profile.

    That should do the trick. If you need any help with those steps, you can refer to these two support articles.
