    gamer score has been reset a little bit but achievements are still there


    my gamer score has been reset as of a few hours ago for some reason. i have been told that it might have been through a 3rd party software that might have been used but i have no clue how to go about that so it might have been someone i have played with
    online but i have got the blame of it. it has be hit on a few games that i played a while ago or recently so it very specific games that have been hit which i find strange but don't know how to go about fixing my problem as i have earn all of mi achievements
    legit and have spent countless hours on trying to get them but now that they have been reset i am at a struggle. if there is any help i can get to get back my gamer score that would be great.

    Account Compromised - Trying to get game removed

    They were correct in telling you that, it's unfortunate this has happened to you but what the support agent told you was correct. Once an achievement has been earned in a title it's not possible to remove that game or any of those achievements. Those will
    stay with that account. The only times they reset gamer scores are when they are reset for cheating, a big mark is left on the persons profile telling others that the user has cheated. That's not possible to do for 1 game, it's reset for all games and even
    then those achievements are always still visible the points disappear.

    Please let us remove unwanted games/achievements if we've been hacked...

    You are mistaking resets with removing individual achievements

    .resets means all the gamerscore is set to 0 not remove 1000 gamerscore there And there

    And you can never earn past achievements ever again

    only the xbl pet team has that kind of access and when they reset your score your score is 0

    pretty sure you dont want a score of 0 with 0 possibility of gaining those again except new games and acheivements and you are forever branded as a cheater

    you are not the only one, it is very annoying I lost Over 20k and they said it is a issue with a the insider program and they are trying to fix it

    Gamerscore Got Reset Back To Zero

    Moving your profile from your console to your PC and altering your gamer score via third party software is not considered 'legit'. If you earned the achievements legit then there would be no worry of a gamer score reset. And
    it only takes ONE modified achievement to get ALL of the gamer score reset to zero, regardless of how it was obtained.




    Either way if you want OFFICIAL help then you will need to post in the appropriate forum, which has been mentioned above.

    When a gamer score has been done that means that the XBOX Live Enforcement Team has found that you have either glitched or modified your games in some way to unlock achievements in a way that you did not earn them. Even if you did it in 1 game and only for
