Gamer Score Got Erased.

Hi there. I contacted the support line 3 times, and my issue still hasn't been resolved. I’ve got a emailed from customer support saying that my gamer score has gotten erased, because I may have tampered with it. If that is the case I’have never did
such a thing. I’m not even capable of knowing how to do something like that. I’m huge achievement hunter and I take pride in earning those. I was told to go to the enforcement page and take action, but there is no option to do so. I see that it is only my
xbox 360 gamer score achievements have gotten erased. From what the email tells me is that I won’t be able to earn gamer score for the 360. Which makes the whole backwards compatible thing completely pointless to me. I don’t see how that is fair, because I’ve
never tampered with my xbox. Could there possibly be that someone may have stolen my account “hack for better terms”? I know when I was younger I may have made some enemies online, but now I strictly just play with my friends. I was seeing if there is any
action we can take. I earned those achievements, and they took hours sometimes. To me it’s like erasing memories from my life.

unknown high score in solitare

How can we erase a unknown high score in Solitare. Can statistics be erased?

 

Need .gpd profile saves cleaned.

My gamerscore has been reset. i do not want to regain the old score. the save games in my profile need to be erased. i will not be able to earn some achievments without someone erased my profiles save games. they are .gpd files INSIDE my profile. I have
posted before with no help.

 

Gamerscore resets are actually handled by the enforcement team. They do not use the forums so no one here would have any information regarding your reset. You would have to try going to
http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if you can submit a case review.

If you do believe your account was compromised, you would need to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation. However, keep in mind that even if your account was found to be in your possession the entire time, your reset may
not be reversed.

 

I did all that, and it wont let me submit a case review for some reason. I called xbox support and they told me to go on here. So I have no clue what to do.

 

I don't think you can ask for a case review for a Gamerscore reset.

I had a look & there is at least one game with modded achievements on it so you won't be getting your 360 Gamerscore back.

As Smwutches said,you can contact support & ask for an unauthorised access case if you feel your account was compromised but it's extremely unlikely you will get the reset reversed.
