You can't. Gamerscore resets are permanent and you can never re-earn the achievements that were reset on that account.

Wait a few hours and see if it will come back on its own. Alternatively you can also add and remove your account to kickstart the process. Finally, it can also be due to the fact that Xbox Enforcement reset your gamer score due to modifying it, in which
case you should probably check out their website.
