Discus and support Gamer profiles issue on Xbox.com in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; Any ideas why if someone tries to look at Xbox gamer profiles on the Xbox.com site it doesn’t show the whole profile as the whole section with gamer...     Gamer profiles issue on Xbox.com


    Any ideas why if someone tries to look at Xbox gamer profiles on the Xbox.com site it doesn’t show the whole profile as the whole section with gamer pic, location, Add/Remove friend, etc is missing but the Activity, Achievements and other tabs show up? Example: https://account.xbox.com/en-us/profile?gamertag=ScrappyXII . I did more testing with a number of friends accounts and across browsers and it seems only the ambassador profiles had the issue while all the others did not. It’s pretty easy to replicate. Any thoughts? Seems like a bug.

    Trouble updating gamer picture on website

    The Xbox.com Gamerpic only saves onto the Personal Gamer Picture on the Xbox 360. And Gamer Pics in the Personal Gamerpic on Edit Profile can only be seen by your Friends List. The Gamer Picture you took on Xbox.com is sat in
    the Gamer Picture section of Edit Profile. I cannot give you the onto the frustating experience you have had because I am simply a Gamer like yourself and have nothing to do proffesionaly with Xbox.com or Xbox LIVE. However I have provided you with where to
    find it and select it so everyone can see. It is not that much of a frustrating experience though and you're welcome.

    - Take Gamer Picture on Xbox.com Editor

    - Go onto your Xbox 360 itself and Edit Profile



    - Select Gamer Picture and select the on you took on Xbox.com

    Try using a different browser or clear the cache of the browser your using. Then sign out and in again with the proper information.

    Top right-hand corner under your gamertag click on 'Sign Out'. Once the page has refreshed click on 'Sign In' and enter the details for the account you wish to use.

    At the top of your browser, click on tools then go to options (or properties) and clear the history/cache.
