    Gamer Profile?


    Hi i was wondering if anyone else is having the trouble i am...?

    when i try to get onto FIFA 14 Head to head online seasons it keeps coming up with 'your gamer profile does not have the correct permissions. I have checked xbox live gold...in date ! The age on my account is correct due to DOB....i just dont know how to
    fix this as it just started a few daysago??

    Gamer profile issue

    I have a major issue with my gamer tag, it looks like it has privacy settings of a child. Wont let me play online :-( . Anybody got any solutions, at my wits end

    Hey there CURRIE1990!

    Sorry to hear about the profile issues. Is your account registered as a child account? I recommend trying a few steps to see if we can get this issue sorted.

    Please give the following steps a try:



    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Wait 5 minutes and plug in your console.
    • Power on your console and try checking your Privacy Settings to verify that there are no restrictions on your account that may cause this issue.
