Gamer Profile Picture viewed on a PC is wrong.

When I log into my Xbox live account from my PC, the profile pic is not the profile pic I see on my Xbox. It is a default picture of various candy's that look like confetti. How can I change this image? (when logged into xbox.com on my pc, at the far right
end of the Green Area, at top of the page, is the pic I'm talking about.) Thanks in advance.

Making Changes to Gamer Pic Avatar That's next to Gamer Tag

I finally found the Edit Gamer Profile screen. I'm on a windows 8 PC trying to make changes to the gamer picture of my Avatar. It still won't let me change the picture. It tells me to go on my X Box 360 console setting, edit profile, gamer picture. I use
a PC. My set profile screen lets me edit my avatar, then save. It doesn't change the gamer picture at all. Got any ideas?

 

Media Player Zooming In On Images

Hi,

I've noticed that when I'm using the media player app to view my pictures on my external HDD. The pictures are all zoomed in so I'm unable to see the image as it was taken. Is there a reason behind this? Pictures were taken on an iPhone 5 and can all be
viewed in the correct size on my phone and also my PC. Should they be in a specicifc format?

You'd need an xbox one in order to change that picture.

The forums were changed to include some xbox one stuff a while back & anyone without an xbox one is given a random xbox one gamer pic.

The other explanation I thought possible was; I had created two accounts when I got my current Xbox 360, one for myself (1 year gold) and one for my daughter (1 month trial), her profile picture is the one showing as my picture (on PC only) and on top of
that, xbox keeps emailing me that it tried to charge my account, but my payment method had expired.

You need to turn off the auto renew on the account you are getting emails about.

If microsoft keep trying to get payment on an expired card they may ban the account.

 

My account is a 1 year gold account (still active, auto-renew = off) my daughters account was a 1 month free gold account (expired in July of last year, auto-renew = off)

I received the first email notification of MS trying to charge my account on Feb 17th 2015, the second time was March 17th 2015.

My account has never been on a Xbox One and yet the gamerpic remains as that I created ages ago on my 360.

 

Remember that you set two gamer pics on an Xbox 360: the gamer picture and the personal picture. My gamer picture is what I see in the upper-right corner of xbox.com and what I and everybody else sees here in the forum; it is what's shown to non-friends.
The personal picture is shown to friends, and also shown to me on my Xbox 360. I guess I'm considered my own friend on the 360 (but not on xbox.com or the forums).

I've had no problems updating my gamer picture and having it reflected in the upper-right corner of xbox.com, and I haven't touched an Xbox One. So either the folks saying that aren't correct, or using an Xbox One changes the xbox.com pic but those of us who
haven't used an Xbox One still control that image with 360 changes.
