    Gamer profile issue


    So I've tried many of times to play MX vs ATV Reflex on my Xbox and every time

    I get to the main menu it says I need to be signed in with a gamer profile. I've tried signing and signing back in but it does not work. I also made another profile and it says the same thing. I know my regular profile is a gamer one because I have Xbox
    live. I can't play the career without this fixed and it's really frustrating to me because I love this game.

    Gamer profile issue

    I have a major issue with my gamer tag, it looks like it has privacy settings of a child. Wont let me play online :-( . Anybody got any solutions, at my wits end

    Hey there CherryBlossem13,

    Could you try to remove your profile from the console then redownload it? Failing that, if you switch your xbox off, unplug it and leave it off for a short while, then plug it back in and switch back on that may work.

    Hello there, to fix this issue please try the following.

    Go to "System", then "Storage".

    Select "Hard Drive".

    Select "Gamer Profiles".

    Select the Gamer Profile you would like to delete. You are given the options "Delete Profile Only" or "Delete Profile with Items". Both options descriptions are listed in the pop-up.

    Then enter your account information in the system and then should download and fix the issue. This looks like your profile is corrupted.

    My gamer tag is . I'm having this issue as well. The man on customer support told me the download profile servers were down and to leave my gamer tag and reply here to give awareness to help this issue. If you are having this problem just do
    the same and it will be resolved soon. It's not an issue with your Xbox/profile.
