Discus and support gamer profile is wrong... in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I couldn't find my gamer profile on my xbox 1, so i entered my email etc. Now my profile still isn't there, it's a different one I've never seen before...     gamer profile is wrong...


    I couldn't find my gamer profile on my xbox 1, so i entered my email etc. Now my profile still isn't there, it's a different one I've never seen before with no gamer points, but is still calling me by my name. helpgamer profile is wrong... :(

    Gamer profile issue

    I have a major issue with my gamer tag, it looks like it has privacy settings of a child. Wont let me play online :-( . Anybody got any solutions, at my wits end

    There is a privacy setting within your profile I believe.

    Are you sure that you are using the correct email address associated with the account?

    Try logging into your account at account.xbox.com and see what Gamertag shows up there if it is the MintScorpion187 one then you are not signing into the email that is associated with the account that you are trying to sign into and need to figure out what
    the email is that is associated with that account.

    To do this you can contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com and give them the gamertag and if they can verify ownership of the account they can give you the email address that is associated with that account.

    Thanks for a speedy reply. I am sure. Even if i was using the wrong email, which im not, the password wouldnt match the address.

    You can delete all the profiles in the Gamer Profiles in your hard drive or memory unit.

    But, before you do, please tell us what's wrong?

    Thanks for this. I too just fell victim to a corrupted gamer profile and had no friggin' idea what was wrong. Redownloading my profile solved the problem, thank you!
