    so today i was playing with my friend i had 11,720 gamerpoints and i just got awards for stuff i completed well i check my gamer points and its at 1,320 can anyone help

    Are you sure you signed into the right account?

    This looks like a autogenerated name

    Werre you asked to setup email or other privacy setttings when logining into the website?

    That would mean you generated a new account if you logined into the console and saw that then it would be because you were suspended for payment options but only affects the console
